Job summary

Hubbell India is seeking graduates with strong communication skills to support its customer service team’s day-to-day activities, respond to inquiries, process sales orders, expedite orders, prepare quotes, and resolve pricing questions.

The associate will join a service-oriented team, may work night shifts as needed, and contribute to KPI achievement while ensuring timely, high-quality responses and seamless coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Graduates with good communication skills.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
• Support Customer enquiries, order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers
• Work as customer service associate flexible to support during night shift
• Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs
• Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT
• Ensure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries

Job description

We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Teams routine, adhoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for responding to customer enquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creations, price resolutions & other customer service activities .

Role and Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)

Internal training will be provided to the selected candidates. Post training the associate will be getting the full time support of one analyst for a month
