Job summary

Hubbell India is seeking graduates to support the Master Data Management (MDM) team in routine and ad-hoc activities, primarily analyzing, creating, and maintaining customer master data and credit requests for Hubbell brands. The role involves coordinating with business units, VPFs and customers, with on-site night-shift work options.

The candidate will gain on-the-job training related to processes and relevant applications, and will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data integrity

Qualifications

• Graduates with excellent communication skills.
• Support SAP Customer master and Credit activities for Hubbell brands.
• Willing to work night shift and from office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business units or customers to ensure right fields are updated for master data.
• Review data and ensure necessary approvals are available for creation and maintenance of master data.
• Handle credit requests, documentation requirements, emailing and following up on credit approvals.
• Directing/tracking different types of requests coming from multiple departments to multiple email boxes and directing credit questions as needed.
• Should be flexible to work in night shift, work from office.
• Ensure proper decision-making on master data creation, data standardization, duplication checks, data field accuracy and completeness while meeting acceptable turnaround time. Complete large database cleanup projects to ensure data integrity.
• Good team player with proper set of attitudes in understanding the requirements of team and stakeholders.
• The person should always be a self-learner and maintain/enhance good customer relationship, communicate with multiple BU, multiple departments, Sales, VPF's etc.
