Role Description

As an Associate Fitness Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sales, member experience and smooth operations of one of our centres.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in converting enquiries into memberships through genuine conversations, exceptional customer service and consistent follow-ups. Beyond sales, you'll help create an environment where members feel welcomed, valued and motivated to keep coming back.

This is a highly people-oriented role that requires confidence, communication skills and the ability to take ownership. Every day is different—you'll be interacting with new enquiries, supporting existing members, coordinating with coaches and ensuring the centre runs efficiently.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable using simple CRM systems, WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or fitness is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays (with weekly offs as per schedule).
• Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work on-site.

Compensation

Starting salary: ₹35,000 per month onwards + attractive performance incentives.
