Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking an Associate - F&A to support billing, invoicing, and AR processes. You will monitor CRM data, process credits and rebills, and respond to field team queries, contributing to accurate, timely financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/commerce/economics/finance required.
• Experience in AR, billing, invoicing, CRM and related processes.
• Proficient in data analysis and Power BI is a plus.
• English language proficiency required for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Billing and invoicing; ensure timely billing execution and accuracy.
• Monitor, review and update customer details in CRM.
• Process invoice corrections – credits & rebills.
• Handle email queries from field teams and support metrics.
• Update work instructions and assist process improvements.
