Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A AP to review and process invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain AP compliance. You will handle requisition follow-ups, contribute to process improvements, and perform internal audits to ensure guidelines are followed.

The role requires a finance background, AP experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Experience with SAP and related certifications will be advantageous for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Proficiency with invoice processing, AP workflows and reconciliations.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/AP tooling is a plus.
• Certifications in finance or AML/fraud are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices with supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number/date.
• Release invoices for timely, accurate payment.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as per customer agreements.
• Follow up requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Identify process improvements to reduce helpdesk queries.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines.
• Conduct daily internal audits of invoices and queries.
