Job summary

Honasa Consumer Ltd. is seeking a Warehousing & Distribution Lead to manage day-to-day warehousing and distribution operations for B2B and D2C channels across all brands.

You will partner with warehouse, revenue, logistics, and S&OP teams to ensure stock availability, timely order processing, and cost-efficient transport. The role requires a graduate with 3–5 years’ experience in warehousing operations, experience with warehouse management systems and SAP, and strong analytical and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in Warehousing Operations.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with warehouse team and ensure order processing according to SLAs.
• Coordinate stock connectivity at customer end and with Revenue & Logistics for PO extensions.
• Collaborate with S&OP to ensure inventory availability and reduce stockouts.
• Formulate and implement processes with Logistics to improve transport efficiency and service levels.
• Track 3PL and transporter performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Drive warehouse improvement projects focused on productivity and process simplification.
• Conduct monthly operational performance reviews with regional revenue teams.

Job description

Job Overview:

The person will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehousing & distribution operations of the region for B2B and D2C channels across all the brands of Honasa Consumer Ltd.

Responsibilities & Duties -

• Work closely with the warehouse team and ensure order processing according to the defined SLAs
• Ensure Timely connectivity of stocks at customer end / Coordinate with Revenue & Logistics team for PO extension
• Work closely with the S&OP team to ensure inventory availability and reduce stockout
• Work closely with the Logistics team in formulating and implementing processes that lead to transport efficiency, cost saving and optimal service levels while developing pool of regional transporters.
• Track and monitor performance of 3PL & transporters against KPIs and service levels; Support in taking corrective actions to improve overall performance.
• Drive warehouse improvement projects in context of productivity and process simplification
• Conduct monthly operational performance review with regional revenue team

Minimum Qualifications/ Must Haves -

• Graduate with min. 3-5 Yrs of experience in Warehousing Operations

• Ability to communicate clearly and engage with multiple stakeholders across functions
