Job summary

EXO Edge Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Accountant to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and support tax planning efforts. The role focuses on partnership and corporate returns, K-1 reporting, and maintaining tax schedules.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of federal tax compliance experience, proficiency in Excel, and a background in multifamily real estate is preferred. Mohali-based office with structured processes and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in federal tax compliance in a public accounting firm.
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Form 1065 (Partnership Tax Returns) and Form 1120 (Corporate Tax Returns).
• Strong knowledge of partnership taxation and K-1 reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in multifamily real estate is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.

Position Overview

What You Can Expect to Do
