Job summary

Bluejay Infra is seeking an Associate to join its Commercial Leasing team in Pune. You will work with occupier clients, including corporates, startups, and professional services firms, to identify, evaluate, and secure Grade A office spaces across Pune.

You will also support investor mandates to lease vacant inventory efficiently. You will develop market knowledge of Pune's micro-markets, organize site visits, and assist in lease negotiations on rent, escalation, and fit-out terms.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or advisory in Pune.
• Good knowledge of Pune's office micro-markets: Baner, Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Hinjewadi, SB Road.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—this is a relationship-driven role.
• Comfortable using Excel and preparing professional client-facing documents.
• Experience with lease documentation and commercial terms is an advantage.
• RERA registration is a must. MBA is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

₹6L – ₹8L per annum + performance based incentives
