Mapletree in Maharashtra, India invites an experienced leasing professional to lead the leasing team and maximise occupancy for the portfolio. The role focuses on securing new tenancies, renewing existing leases, and conducting market research to benchmark rentals and occupancy costs.

You will manage tenancy issues, compile occupancy and rental reports, and support budgeting and forecasting through collaboration with the team and management.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing and leasing in the same industry.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial portfolio.
