Job summary

Accredian is seeking an capable academic operations associate to coordinate batch and faculty calendars, ensuring timely release to students and stakeholders.

You will drive revenue via upselling, collect and act on course feedback, manage faculty contracts and invoices, and safeguard a smooth student experience while collaborating with marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries.
• Strong communication and excellent English written and verbal skills.

• Experience handling complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Plan batch calendars and faculty calendars, and release to students and stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals.
• Collect course feedback and relay to faculty and head of department.
• Prepare faculty contracts and invoices.
• Own end-to-end student experience and resolve queries promptly.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to ensure smooth program delivery.

The Role:

In this role, you will be working with the academic operations team of the company.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Planning batch calendars, faculty calendars and releasing these calendars to students and other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets from upselling and referrals from current students.
• Collect course feedback from students and pass on this feedback to the relevant faculty and head of department.
• Make faculty contracts, prepare invoices of billing
• Take end-to-end responsibility of student experience and ensure that their queries are resolved immediately
• Work with the marketing and sales team to ensure that the student is able to undergo the program smoothly

What all you need?

• Strong communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English
• Passion for education is a must.
• Should have demonstrated the ability to multi-task and should be able to work with great speed
• Should have demonstrated experience of handling complex problems
• Minimum 1+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries

CTC:

3.5- 4.5 LPA fixed.
