Job summary

WNS in Visakhapatnam, India is seeking candidates for a ticketing and data quality role. You will handle ticketing queues on GDSSabre/Amadeus, perform data quality checks, and manage invoicing across multiple tools. Communication with hotels, airlines and car rental vendors will be via outbound calls and emails.

The role emphasizes KPI/SLA adherence and requires flexible shifts, including graveyard, weekends and holidays, with graduation and travel/IATA credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from school/college; travel diploma preferred.
• IATA certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on Ticketing queues in the GDS-Sabre/Amadeus and take appropriate action.
• Complete data quality checks and invoicing activities on multiple tools.
• Communicate with vendors (Hotels, Airlines, Car Rental) via outbound calls/emails.
• Adhere to defined KPI/SLA of the process.
• Work in a 24/7 shift schedule including graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.

Job description

Work on Ticketing queues in the GDS-Sabre/Amadeus and take appropriate action. Eg:fulfill tickets, process ADM's / Process ARC's / BSP's* etc

Working on completing data quality checks and completing invoicing activities on multiple tools

Communicate with the vendors (Hotels, Airlines and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls/emails

. Adherence to defined KPI/SLA of the process

Will work on a 24/7 shift schedule including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Graduation – School/ College Graduate Knowledgeable in MS Office Travel Diploma Certificate from IATA Authorized Institute. (preferred)
