Role Description

Associate - Business Development Support

About The Role

The role of Associate in the Business Development Support department is to provide support to senior members for service deliverables and internal projects.

Key Role Deliverables

• Contributing to qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods data collection and research
• Verifying, validating, documenting, and organizing data
• Maintaining close communication with service delivery teams and clients
• Proactively intimating team leads in case of any deviation from set timelines
• Leveraging best practices to achieve operational efficiency
• Maximising quality for all project deliverables and maintaining an average project feedback score of 4+ (out of 5)

Operational Responsibilities

• Collating market information and client data using various databases and public web sources
• Sourcing prospects (financial institutions, non-financial institutions, companies, and contacts) and building prospect lists
• Building and maintaining a repository of prospects in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Working on various industry and sector newsletters
• Gathering information and data transcription
