Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist for technical hiring. You will source and screen candidates for Java Fullstack, .NET Full stack, Data Science, Python Full stack, Gen AI, and Software Testing roles, and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.

The contract, on third-party payroll, will initially run for 3 months with possible renewal. You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and GitHub, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on sourcing experience in tech hiring.
• Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
• Familiarity with ATS and data management.
• Experience in volume hiring or startup environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist in technical hiring. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for roles in Java Fullstack, .NET Full stack, Data Science, Python Full stack, Gen AI, and Software Testing and Other's.

(This is a third party payroll-On Contract and the duration of contract will be for 3 months and renewable)

Preferred candidate profile

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, GitHub).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, reporting, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboard creation, will be considered an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of basic technical concepts and terminologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Exposure to volume hiring or startup environments.
• Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for all Tech roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
