Job summary

Sai Placement in Vadodara seeks an experienced Assistant Manager Engineering to lead plant maintenance for Pharma Formulation (OSD). The role focuses on breakdown prevention, electrical systems, HVAC, and utilities to ensure GMP-compliant operations.

The ideal candidate holds BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical and has 6+ years of experience, preferably in pharma OSD. You will oversee project execution, training, and maintenance records, driving reliable plant performance.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in pharma OSD preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management and GMP.

Responsibilities

• Handle breakdown, preventive & building maintenance of the plant.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, utility, HVAC & water systems.
• Monitor and control electrical power consumption.
• Manage project execution and plant maintenance activities.
• Coordinate AMC, calibration & maintenance for critical equipment.
• Maintain adequate stock of electrical & instrumentation spares.
• Allocate and supervise work for electricians, fitters & operators.
• Ensure proper maintenance documentation, records & compliance.
• Coordinate training activities for engineering/maintenance staff.
• Ensure smooth and reliable operation of all engineering systems in GMP compliance.
