Job summary

Quality HR India Pvt. Ltd. in Guwahati is seeking a seasoned Manager - Engineering with 12-15 years in OSD manufacturing. The role focuses on managing clean utilities, HVAC control, and regulatory compliance to support GMP-compliant operations.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive preventive maintenance, and oversee capital projects from budgeting to commissioning, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in OSD manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSD processing equipment, cleanroom design and PLC/automation systems.
• Expertise in project management and cross-functional team handling.
• Strong skills in root-cause analysis and OEE optimization.
• Good knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit management.

Responsibilities

• Manage critical clean utilities including Purified Water, boilers, chillers, DG sets, compressed air, and specialized HVAC systems for OSD manufacturing areas.
• Ensure effective control of dust, temperature, humidity, and cross-contamination through proper HVAC and utility management.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for granulators, tablet presses, capsule fillers, and packaging equipment.
• Develop and monitor Preventive Maintenance Schedules to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Lead capital projects, including budgeting, equipment selection, design review, FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure proper Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) of engineering systems and equipment with complete documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage critical clean utilities including Purified Water, boilers, chillers, DG sets, compressed air, and specialized HVAC systems for OSD manufacturing areas.
• Ensure effective control of dust, temperature, humidity, and cross-contamination through proper HVAC and utility management.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for granulators, tablet presses, capsule fillers, and packaging equipment.
