Job summary

Sterling Healthcare in Talegaon, Pune invites an Engineering - Assistant Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead shift operations and maintenance of production and utility systems.

You will coordinate procurement, budgeting, and ERP data, supervise electrical and HVAC infrastructure, and ensure safe, efficient plant performance.

The candidate will prepare shift schedules, monitor utility usage, attend breakdowns, and maintain documentation for HVAC, water systems, and spares management.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years experience in engineering/maintenance.
• Experience with production machinery and utilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels and substations.
• Ability to manage shifts and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shift schedules with seniors.
• Ensure smooth production and utility machinery operation.
• Preventative maintenance according to schedule.
• Manage shift operations.
• Maintain electrical stream production, utilities and water systems.
• Oversee LT substation, transformers, circuit breakers, electrical panels HT breakdowns.
• Facility maintenance of plant and buildings.
• Monitor utility usage in production and warehouse.
• Attend breakdowns in production, utilities and water systems.
• Maintain HVAC system and documentation.
• Maintain water system and documentation.
• Coordinate management of machine spares & annual budget.
• Handle engineering material procurement & ERP entries.

3 Responsible for Preventative Maintenance of Production Machineries as Per Schedule.

4 Responsible for shift operations.

5 Responsible for maintenance of ( Electrical Stream) Production , Utility & Water system Machineries.

6 Responsible for L.T substation , Transformer maintenance ,CKT Breakers ,Service Floor Electrical Panels Maintenance H.T Breakdowns .

7 Responsible for facility maintenance of Plant & building premises.

8 Responsible for monitoring the Effective use of Utility system in the system in the Production & Ware House as pr requirement.

9 Responsible for attending Breakdown in the Production , Utility & Water System Machineries.
