Job summary
Drlogy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara is seeking an Executive Plant Maintenance to coordinate plant engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring reliable operation of machinery, utilities, and infrastructure.
You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor plant machinery, utilities, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems; supervise technicians; coordinate with vendors for specialized services and repairs; and maintain complete maintenance records and reports.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have 4-8 years in plant maintenance or similar roles.
- Experience with maintenance planning and calibration of utilities and equipment.
- Knowledge of GMP, safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor plant machinery, utilities, electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate breakdown maintenance and restoration of equipment.
- Supervise technicians and maintenance personnel as assigned.
- Prepare and monitor preventive-maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments.
- Review equipment performance and identify recurring maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services and repairs.
- Monitor AMC and service-contract activities.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
- Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and breakdown reports.
- Support installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation of equipment as applicable.
- Monitor utility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, water, power, and other plant utilities.
- Ensure maintenance activities are conducted according to approved SOPs and safety procedures.
- Support investigation of equipment failures and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with GMP, engineering, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare maintenance reports and performance summaries.
- Support energy conservation and equipment-efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.
