Job summary

Burrito Restaurants is seeking a warehouse operations professional in Ghaziabad to manage inbound and outbound processes, inventory control, and dispatch planning. You will lead a team, ensure KPI targets, and coordinate with Head Office for daily operational requirements.

The role emphasizes strict SOP adherence, 5S practices, and regular audits to maintain compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory functions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in warehouse operations, preferably FMCG/retail/QSR/e-commerce.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and day-to-day activities.
• Proficient in WMS and Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse inbound process per SOPs.
• Prepare and execute distribution plans to stores ensuring timely dispatch and KPIs.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Achieve 100% fill rate and comply with service standards.
• Conduct regular warehouse audits and ensure SOP, hygiene, safety, and 5S compliance.
• Maintain records for inbound/outbound/inventory movements, wastage, damages.
• Train and monitor warehouse staff to adhere to SOPs and best practices.
• Coordinate with Head Office and Operations for day-to-day needs and special requests.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements, and drive corrective actions for efficiency.
• Ensure efficient use of space and proper inventory handling.
• Lead warehouse personnel across Inbound/Outbound/Inventory functions.
• Monitor daily indent placements within cut-off times.
• Record late indent, missing GRN, and GRN discrepancies.
• Check GRNs against past POs.
• Inform stores about missing/late/short GRNs.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end warehouse inbound process, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of materials in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and execute distribution plans for stores, ensuring timely dispatch of products while achieving KPIs.
• Take ownership of inventory management, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and adherence to inventory control processes.
• Ensure 100% fill rate, acheive operational KPIs, and complies with company-defined service standards.
• Conduct regular warehouse audits and ensure compliance with SOPs, statutory requirements, hygiene standards, safety protocols, and 5S practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for inbound, outbound, inventory movements, wastage, damages, and all warehouse registers.
• Train and monitor warehouse associates to ensure strict adherence to warehouse SOPs and operational best practices.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and Operations teams to execute day-to-day operational requirements, priority dispatches, and special business requests.
• Monitor warehouse performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space, storage locations, and inventory handling practices to maintain an organized and compliant warehouse.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel across Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory functions to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Monitoring the placing of indents daily within cut off time
• Keeping records for late indent, GRN missing, wrong GRN
• Checking the GRN for the past Purchase Orders
• Informing stores for any kind of GRN missing, late indent and short supplies

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG, Retail, QSR, or E-commerce.
• Hands-on experience managing Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory operations in a warehouse environment.
• Proven experience in leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs such as Inventory Accuracy, Fill Rate and Warehouse Compliance.
• Experience in conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and process compliance.
