Career Guideline Services India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced AVP - HR Operations to lead HR operations and partner with senior leadership on strategic workforce initiatives.

The role oversees compliance, payroll, employee lifecycle, compensation & benefits, HR vendors, team performance, HR automation and analytics. You will drive HR governance, deliver regular HR reports, and build scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience managing HR vendors and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Exposure to HR dashboards and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and strategic workforce planning.
• Manage payroll, statutory compliance, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and labour laws.
• Oversee employee lifecycle, engagement and employee relations.
