Job summary

The role oversees payroll, compliance, employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, performance management, HR automation and analytics while guiding a team of 8+ HR professionals.

Responsibilities

• Align HR operations and initiatives with quarterly and annual business goals.
• Manage workforce cost optimization, headcount forecasting and manpower planning.
• Lead organizational change initiatives supporting business growth.
• Manage end-to-end payroll, final settlements, statutory deductions and payroll audits.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and Shops & Establishment requirements.
• Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, employee queries and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition and culture-building initiatives.
• Manage compensation structures, benefits, insurance and annual salary reviews.
• Manage BGV, payroll, insurance, HRMS, compliance and training vendors.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team and manage PIP and performance review frameworks.
• Introduce HR automation to reduce manual processes and operational bottlenecks.
• Build HR databases, dashboards, scorecards and management reports for leadership decision-making.
