Job summary

Home Bazaar Services in Pune seeks an AVP - Sales with 10–12+ years of experience to lead end-to-end sales operations and own the P&L for the sales vertical across all business lines.

You will build and mentor a high-performance sales team, develop relationships with builders and clients, and drive growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and data-driven improvements. Real estate expertise is mandatory for this role.

• 10–12+ years of overall sales experience.
• Real estate experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales operations and drive consistent revenue and profitability growth.
• Own the P&L for the sales vertical across all business lines.
• Build, lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and clients; negotiate favorable commercial terms and ensure timely billing.
• Drive sales performance, distribution, and business expansion through effective strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement with regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Set and achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Prepare accurate MIS reports and implement data-driven improvements to sales performance.
• Coordinate regular sales training and development programs.
• Plan and execute team recognition and reward initiatives to boost engagement and performance
