Job summary

Omam Consultants is seeking a result-driven marketing professional in Mumbai to develop and execute project-level marketing strategies that align with sales targets. The role covers GTM launches, ATL/BTL campaigns, events and activations, along with driving digital marketing initiatives and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, real estate experience, and strong communication with vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management is required.
• Relevant marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong communication, stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Digital Marketing certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-level marketing strategies aligned with sales and revenue targets.
• Handle project launches, GTM, ATL/BTL campaigns, events and activations.
• Drive digital & performance marketing: SEO, SEM, social media, Google/Facebook Ads, etc.
• Manage lead generation, CRM, customer funnel and conversion initiatives.
• Conduct market & competitor analysis and develop effective positioning strategies.
• Manage brand communication, creative agencies and vendors.
• Track marketing MIS, KPIs, CPL, CPA and ROI.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with RERA and company guidelines.
