Job summary

Della Resorts is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Training Manager with a specialty in Food & Beverage Service and Housekeeping to join our team at Lonavala, Maharashtra. You will design and deliver training programs, monitor performance, develop SOPs, and collaborate with department heads to raise guest satisfaction and service standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff.
• Regularly assess staff performance through evaluations and observations, providing coaching and support.
• Develop, update, and enforce SOPs for departments to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate with department heads and management to identify training needs and schedules.
• Monitor and improve guest experience by addressing training-related issues.
• Create and update training manuals, guides, and other materials.
• Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, staff progress, and training outcomes.
