Job summary

Hyatt Place Jaipur Malviya Nagar is seeking an Assistant Manager - Training to lead the Training Department within the Human Resources division. You will ensure the smooth operation in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The role involves supporting the Human Resources Manager in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel and driving learning initiatives, training programs, and staff

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Training or Training Executive in larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
