Della Resorts in Lonavala seeks a proactive LD Executive from hospitality to coordinate training, inductions, and service standards across all departments. You will design calendars, materials, and MIS reports while ensuring SOPs are followed.

With 2–4 years of hotel management education and hands-on training experience, you will report to the Training Manager and drive guest-experience improvements through structured development programs.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular follow-ups to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support departmental training, on-the-job training and cross-training initiatives.
• Ensure employees follow SOPs, service standards and grooming guidelines.
• Coordinate with HODs to improve employee performance and guest satisfaction.

About the role Job Summary
