Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual store sales targets.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and train the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain brand standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
