Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales and meet/exceed targets in-store.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Learn and explain product features across multiple lines.
• Handle POS transactions and digital tools with accuracy.
• Manage stock levels and assist in inventory checks; report discrepancies.
• Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager role based in T1 Mumbai Airport

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a store environment.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and handle diverse customer needs professionally.
• Solid Product Knowledge capabilities, including the ability to learn and explain features, materials, and use-cases across multiple product lines.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic digital tools; strong attention to detail in billing, inventory, and store presentation.
• Manage stock levels, assist in inventory checks, and report discrepancies.
• Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Support store operations, including housekeeping, replenishment, and display management.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold brand values at all times
