Job summary

Sodexo India Services Private Limited in Andhra Pradesh seeks an experienced facilities management professional to oversee site operations, coordinate with supervisors, ensure service delivery, and engage with clients to align schedules and resolve issues.

The role demands strong communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of chemical agents, with proven hospitality/corporate facilities experience. You will manage documentation, client visits, and CAPA-driven safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate with min 5-7 years experience in hospitality/corporate industry.
• Should have worked as Sr. Executive in comparable account/facility for min 2 to 3 years in his/her last assignment.
• Must have computer skills. Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Having a call with all the site supervisor's / FE and check the manpower availability , client visit status
• Cross checking with supervisor MSDS & Chemicals dilution has carried out as per the SLA.
• Walk thru of the facility to ensure that cleaning status if any observation found initiate with supervisor /FE to work on it Abnormality & repeated query ticket case should be analyzed and arrive CAPA
• Audit all the stock items record Vs actual Meet the client and discuss about schedule and day plan and resolves the problems
• Monthly BU connect with site projects Monthly site checklist and register to be checked, verified and acknowledged
• Planning, developing and coordinating a program of planned, preventive maintenance for facility fixture and furnitures.
• Minor cleaning issues should be solved there and then. Preparing schedule and allotting job to the cleaning staff based on the observations recorded
• Undertake correective actions to close the gaps and review it with the client Any unsafe condition at facility corrective action to be taken and Raise incident.Also inform site GWS spoc immediately.
• Quality improvement -Documentations Maintained as per Standard Submission of Statuatory compliance document.
• Clearing bio medical waste thru external agency ( Mask, Gloves ) Monitoring the 52 weeks training calendar schedule done as per the plan
• Timely submission of attendance to process the invoice on time Coffe machine - Vendor management and maintaing inventory report of consumables
• Ensure all the arrangement to be done on time related to Client visit
