Job summary

Sodexo seeks a Facility Manager - Soft Services to oversee facility operations at Hinjewadi & Talawade. The role involves coordinating manpower, ensuring SLA adherence, and leading on-site cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.

You will manage safety, quality documentation, and client communications, while ensuring timely invoicing and adherence to bio-medical waste and compliance processes. Strong coordination skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• 1) Coordinate with site supervisors/FE on manpower availability and client visit status.
• 2) Verify MSDS & chemicals dilution per SLA with supervisors.
• 3) Conduct facility walk-through to ensure cleaning status and address issues with supervisors/FE.
• 4) Analyze abnormalities and recurring tickets to implement CAPA.
• 5) Audit stock records against actual inventory.
• 6) Meet client to discuss schedule, day plan, and problem resolution.
• 7) Monthly BU connect with site projects.
• 8) Monthly site checklist and register to be checked, verified and acknowledged.
• 9) Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance for facility fixtures and furniture.
• 10) Resolve minor cleaning issues on-site; schedule and assign cleaning staff accordingly.
• 11) Undertake corrective actions to close gaps; review with client.
• 12) Raise corrective actions for unsafe conditions and inform site GWS SPOC.
• 13) Maintain quality documentation per standards.
• 14) Submit statutory compliance documents.
• 15) Manage bio-medical waste via external agency (masks, gloves).
• 16) Monitor 52-week training calendar as per plan.
• 17) Submit attendance timely to process invoices.
• 18) Manage coffee machine vendor and inventory of consumables.
• 19) Ensure all arrangements for client visits are completed on time.

Sodexo is looking for Facility Manager - Soft Services

Location - Hinjewadi & Talawade

1)Having a call with all the site supervisor's / FE and check the manpower availability , client visit status

2)Cross checking with supervisor MSDS & Chemicals dilution has carried out as per the SLA.

3)Walk thru of the facility to ensure that cleaning status if any observation found initiate with supervisor /FE to work on it

4)Abnormality & repeated query ticket case should be analyzed and arrive CAPA

5)Audit all the stock items record Vs actual

6) Meet the client and discuss about schedule and day plan and resolves the problems

7) Monthly BU connect with site projects

8) Monthly site checklist and register to be checked, verified and acknowledged

9)Planning, developing and coordinating a program of planned, preventive maintenance for facility fixture and furnitures.

10) Minor cleaning issues should be solved there and then. Preparing schedule and allotting job to the cleaning staff based on the observations recorded

11)Undertake correective actions to close the gaps and review it with the client

12)Any unsafe condition at facility corrective action to be taken and Raise incident.Also inform site GWS spoc immediately.

13) Quality improvement -Documentations Maintained as per Standard.

14) Submission of Statuatory compliance document

15) Clearing bio medical waste thru external agency ( Mask, Gloves )

16) Monitoring the 52 weeks training calendar schedule done as per the plan

17) Timely submission of attendance to process the invoice on time

18) Coffe machine - Vendor management and maintaing inventory report of consumables

19) Ensure all the arrangegement to be done on time related to Client visit
