Qualifications

• 1–4 years of facility management experience.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate entry- to mid-level staff.
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with compliance audits and ISO audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the service delivery team on site.
• Coordinate with site authorities and meet operational demands.
• Conduct compliance and ISO audits on behalf of clients.
• Maintain deployment logs, reports, inventory, and related documentation.
• Develop and nurture relationships with reliable, cost-effective vendors.

Should be innovative and should be able to give new ideas Should have good negotiation skills with vendors Ability to lead the team Should be able to quickly mobilize resources to meet the demands Should be able to coordinate with the site authorities for site related matters Reporting to the F.M on daily and weekly basis Conducting compliance audits and ISO audits on behalf of clients. Able to lead guide and motivate for Entry level & Middle level staff. Maintaining relationship with quality vendors that they are reliable and cost effective. Make Daily Reports of Deployment Log book Inventory etc.. Handling employee s queries and resolving them in a professional manner. Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed. Inspect staff work performance. Demonstrate leadership and training to staff. Communicate effectively to staff. Qualification Should be having an experience of 1 4years with Facility Management background. Should possess an eye for detail The person needs to have good communication skills experience in working with diverse set of employees having the ability to navigate in unknown circumstances and situations and needs to connect well with the employees. A person who is capable of taking initiative when needed
