Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) for Prime LAP Sales in a full-time role based in Pune. The position requires 5+ years of sales experience in banking/ NBFC/ financial services and a proven track record in secured lending.

You will drive Prime LAP sales, generate leads, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate communicates well, negotiates effectively, and is target-driven with a strong network in the local market.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive Prime LAP sales and achieve assigned business targets
• Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, DSAs, connectors, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams
• Develop the local market and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely conversions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
