Job summary

UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) seeks an Area Sales Manager for Prime LAP across Delhi NCR and other metros. Drive LAP/near-prime sales and build a strong DSA/connector network while leading a 3–5 member sales team. The ideal candidate has LAP/secured lending experience and proven leadership for ₹50L–₹2Cr ticket sizes. You will coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth processing and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in LAP / Secured Lending / NBFC or Banking.
• Strong DSA and connector network.
• Proven team management and delivery skills.
• Knowledge of ₹50L–₹2Cr LAP ticket size.

Responsibilities

• Drive Prime/Near Prime LAP sales and disbursements.

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive business through DSA & Connector channels and lead a team of 3–5 Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Prime/Near Prime LAP sales & disbursements
• Manage, develop & expand DSA/Connector networks
• Lead, mentor & drive productivity of the sales team
