Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and business development experience in NBFCs with LAP focus.
• Strong understanding of secured loan products, market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage products.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
• Source customers via self-generated leads, referrals and local market visits.
• Meet customers to understand funding needs and structure LAP/Mortgage solutions.
• Ensure complete documentation per credit and compliance norms.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Liaise with local authorities for MOTD preparation and registration.
• Follow up with customers and legal/technical teams to close cases within TAT.
• Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager specializing in secured loans, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective management of local connectors and Direct Selling Agents (DSA's). Your primary focus will be on expanding our loan portfolio, specifically Loan Against Property (LAP), while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate individual business for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage Loan products.
• Achieve assigned monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
• Source customers through self-generated leads, referrals, and local market visits.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand funding requirements and structure suitable LAP/Mortgage solutions.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per credit and compliance norms.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations team for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Liaise with the local Sub-Registrar Office (SRO) for preparation and registration of Memorandum of Title Deed (MOTD).
• Follow up with customers and legal/technical teams to close cases within defined TAT.
• Maintain healthy portfolio quality and ensure minimal delinquency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven track record (3-5 years) in sales and business development, preferably in the NBFC sector with a focus on LAP.
• Strong understanding of secured loan products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high ethical standards.
