Job summary

Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL) is seeking a Sales Team Member to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships and delivering advertising and media solutions across print, digital, and OOH.

You will analyze client needs, identify opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and manage campaigns from planning to delivery, with focus on consultative selling and performance against targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, media sales, advertising sales, client servicing, or business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse market information and convert insights into business opportunities.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client businesses, market trends, competitor activity, media spends, and share of wallet to support sales planning.
• Build and manage relationships with clients and advertising agencies to strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Identify growth opportunities within assigned categories and develop plans to generate incremental revenue.
• Collaborate with the Branch Vertical Head to create client-focused advertising and media solutions.
• Promote new products, services, and initiatives that align with client communication objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery of commitments.
• Provide regular updates on client meetings, order bookings, pipeline status, and revenue opportunities.
• Participate in sales reviews and recommend actions to improve performance against business targets.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Team Member, you will help drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering effective advertising and media solutions. You will work closely with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, recommend relevant offerings, and maximise revenue from existing and prospective accounts. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to business growth through consultative selling, market insights, and innovative client solutions.

What You Will Do
