Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage air cargo reservations and booking activities.
• Coordinate with airlines, GSSAs, freight forwarders, and customers for cargo bookings.
• Handle cargo booking confirmations, allotments, capacity availability, and shipment schedules.
• Monitor booking status, flight schedules, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate with airline partners regarding rates, space availability, and booking confirmations.
• Resolve booking-related issues, cancellations, and shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, reports, and booking documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Ensure compliance with airline procedures and applicable cargo documentation requirements.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and maintaining high service standards.

About the Role
