Qualifications

• 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma or certification in Aviation, Logistics, or Cargo Management preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of cargo documentation and logistics operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive cargo shipments from customers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies.
• Verify cargo weight, dimensions, packaging, and labeling.

Job Summary

An Air Cargo Executive is responsible for handling, processing, documenting, and coordinating air freight shipments. The role involves managing cargo bookings, cargo acceptance, documentation verification, warehouse operations, shipment tracking, and ensuring compliance with aviation safety and security regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cargo Acceptance & Handling – Receive cargo shipments from customers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies.
• Verify cargo weight, dimensions, packaging, and labeling.
• Inspect shipments for damage or prohibited items.
• Ensure proper cargo handling according to airline and airport regulations.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of cargo aircraft.
• Documentation Management – Prepare and verify Air Way Bills (AWB).
• Process shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Maintain accurate cargo records and shipment information.
• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Cargo Operations – Monitor cargo movement from acceptance to final delivery.
