Job summary

Kajima India is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years of experience in construction to support cost control and project MIS in Gujarat. You will prepare reports, extract quantities, and coordinate with Vendors and the QS team to manage input costs.

You will independently track MIS for at least two projects, analyze cost data meticulously, and assist in preparing contractual documents and cost-related letters, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Quantity Surveying experience in a construction company.
• Independently prepared and tracked MIS for at least 2 projects.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to cost control data.

• Take-off Quantities from GFC Drawings
• Avail materials' Technical and Commercial information from Vendors
• Coordinate with QS for extra items, variations orders for input cost control data
• Preparing Instructions to Contractors, Study of GFC Drawings and Successive Changes
• Assisting to AM - QS for Maintaining Cost Monitoring Trackers - Final Contract Price, Instruction to Contractors, Joint Measurement Records, Free Issue Materials on weekly basis
• Preparing Supporting Documents for Contractual Letters

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should an Engineering Graduate/ Diploma Civil Engineer with minimum 02 years with extensive work experience in Quantity Surveying with a Construction company.
• Candidate should be well conversant with the all aspects of building construction activity.
• Candidate should have independently prepared and tracked MIS for at least 2 projects.
• Candidate must have Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to details while handling cost control data.
