Job summary

Manu Agency in Chennai is seeking a cost management professional for building and civil projects. You will manage costs, perform quantity take-offs, and prepare invoices aligned with project contracts while coordinating with procurement, engineers, and architects to maximize value for money.

You will prepare and verify Excel workbooks using Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data validation to ensure accurate final figures meet required standards and quality.

Qualifications

• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and invoices according to project contracts.
• Manage and analyze Excel files using Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data validation.
• Experience with structural, MEP, and finishing works.
