Responsibilities

• Independently manage residential construction activities from structural work to finishing.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet deadlines.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing work.
• Coordinate MEP activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and drainage.
• Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, and other building services to avoid site conflicts and rework.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before and during execution.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams and vendors.
• Monitor labour productivity, material consumption, and project costs.
• Resolve technical and site execution issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and construction procedures.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Take ownership of project timelines, quality, coordination, and resource utilisation.

About the Role

Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

8–10 years of experience in residential building construction.

Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing work, and building construction.

Practical experience coordinating MEP works on residential projects.

Understanding of electrical, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems, as applicable.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Experience in contractor management, material planning, quality control, and cost monitoring.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and construction progress reporting.
