Job summary

Psquare Interior is seeking an Interior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of premium interior projects. You will translate design drawings and 3D visuals into finished spaces, coordinating vendors, labour teams, and internal stakeholders while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Strong PMC knowledge and leadership are essential. Role requires 3–6 years in interior project execution or PMC, with English, Hindi, and Malayalam language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field; 3–6 years in interior project execution/PMC.
• Experience handling premium residential or commercial interior projects preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute interior projects by interpreting design drawings, details, and 3D visuals; manage timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and labour teams; ensure smooth workflow and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, specs, and quality standards; conduct regular inspections.
• Understand and interpret client requirements to deliver customized furniture and furnishing solutions; act as main client contact during execution.
• Maintain knowledge of home furnishing materials, products, and industry trends; contribute to brand reputation through quality and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution & Management

• Execute interior projects by accurately interpreting design drawings, technical details, and 3D visualizations.
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, resources, and site activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Apply Project Management Consultancy (PMC) best practices for premium interior projects.

Vendor & Labour Coordination

• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and skilled labour teams.
• Ensure smooth workflow and effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Resolve site-level challenges proactively to avoid delays or quality issues.

Quality & Supervision

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Guide and monitor execution teams to maintain high standards of workmanship and finish.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

Customer Focus & Communication

• Understand and interpret client requirements to deliver customized furniture and furnishing solutions.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Ensure clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Industry & Brand Contribution

• Maintain strong knowledge of home furnishing materials, furniture products, and industry trends.
• Contribute to brand building by ensuring consistent quality, professionalism, and customer experience.
• Support initiatives that enhance the organization’s reputation in the interior and furnishing market.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
