Job summary

WOOT Factor in Mumbai is looking for an Assistant Manager Operations to oversee end-to-end event operations, from planning to flawless execution. Based in Chembur, this role requires hands-on leadership for corporate events, award shows, IPs and festivals with meticulous attention to detail.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and supervise on-ground teams, ensuring designs, production and delivery match client specs while adopting new AV

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of event production and vendor networks.
• Experience in corporate events, award shows and IPs.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
