Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Ramanathapuram seeks a Relationship Manager with 1–2 years of experience to drive new account acquisition and wallet share across banking products in the local catchment area.

You will activate accounts, support UPI linkage, and collaborate with internal teams to leverage SME relationships, while pursuing proactive micro-marketing for lead generation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduation/Post Graduation completed.
• IRDA & AMFI certification is preferred. This is a must post joining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Banking knowledge and digital competence.
• Good network in the market.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area.
• Activate accounts, ensure UPI linkage, monitor balances, and grow wallet share.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area.
• Build strong relationships with internal SME teams.
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities for lead generation.

• Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
• Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio.
• Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
• Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
• Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations.
