Job summary

TVS Credit Services Ltd. is seeking a Creative Design & Branding professional to drive brand consistency, develop compelling marketing content, and support campaigns across channels.

The role covers presentation design, website content, and SEO-focused tasks, with collaboration across cross-functional teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings 5 years in branding/digital marketing, a Bachelor's in a relevant field, and familiarity with the Insurance/BFSI sector is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Communications
• 5 years of experience in Branding, Digital Marketing, or related role
• Experience in Insurance/BFSI industry advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives including banners, standees, certificates, social media posts, dealer creatives, and internal communication materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication assets.
• Create management presentations, business decks, proposals, onboarding materials, and product presentations.
• Develop visually impactful content for leadership reviews, partner meetings, and business discussions.
• Support execution of WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and SMS campaigns across various business verticals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for campaign requirements, approvals, and timely execution.
• Support website and portal content development aligned with branding objectives and SEO best practices.
• Implement keyword optimization, meta tags, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, project execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Develop event-related creatives, communication materials, and branding assets.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Branding, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in the Insurance/BFSI industry will be an added advantage.
