Job summary

Dot & Key Skincare in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations to lead end-to-end warehouse activities across multiple sites, with periodic travel to Rajpura.

You will drive inventory accuracy, ensure timely inbound/outbound processes, and coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service and 3PL partners to maintain smooth material flow and strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or post-graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably FMCG/Beauty.
• Experience managing multiple warehouses and 3PL operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across Gurgaon & Rajpura locations.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation and variance resolution.
• Ensure timely inward, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, 3PL partners and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs including inventory ageing, order fulfilment, productivity and dispatch efficiency.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits to monitor process discipline, safety and infrastructure readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare MIS reports for inventory, dispatches, stock movement and performance.
• Support warehouse expansion, transition projects and system-driven process enhancements.

About the Role:

We are looking for an execution-focused Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations (North) to manage operations across multiple warehouse locations in Gurgaon, with periodic travel to Rajpura. The role involves driving inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, process compliance, and cross-functional coordination, with frequent travel across warehouses. Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, or E commerce warehousing is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple warehouse locations in Gurgaon & Rajpura.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and variance resolution.
• Ensure timely inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities while meeting defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, 3PL partners, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and adherence to operational SOPs and compliance standards.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory ageing, order fulfilment, productivity, and dispatch efficiency.
• Conduct regular warehouse visits to monitor process discipline, safety practices, and infrastructure readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and optimize warehouse costs.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for inventory, dispatches, stock movement, and operational performance.
• Support warehouse expansion, transition projects, and system-driven process enhancements.

Preferred Skills & Know-how:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and 3PL processes.
• Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of warehouse compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care environment.

Experience Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care.
• Experience in managing multiple warehouses and 3PL operations; exposure to high-volume warehousing is preferred.
