Job summary

TP is seeking a Training & Development professional in New Delhi to create and implement learning programs that enhance employee capabilities. The role involves needs analysis, designing engaging sessions, and partnering with teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.

The candidate should have strong communication, instructional design, and analytical skills, with experience in CRM/IT-enabled services or BPO being desirable. This is an on-site opportunity in Delhi.
