Job summary

Normet is seeking an Assistant Manager - Technical Services in India to provide technical support for concrete and cementitious products, conduct site trials, and optimize mix designs. The successful candidate will travel to project sites and batching plants, assist sales with technical presentations, and collaborate with R&D and quality

Qualifications

• Mandatory: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in concrete technology, construction chemicals, tunnelling or infra projects.
• Hands-on experience with site trials, batching plants and technical service support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Site Trials: Conduct concrete and grout trials at project sites and batching plants; provide guidance for product usage; troubleshoot site issues.
• Product Development & Optimization: Support development and optimization of concrete admixtures and cementitious products; optimize mix designs.
• Customer & Project Coordination: Interact with customers, consultants, and site teams; support sales with technical presentations and approvals.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, maintain site visit records, ensure compliance with standards.
