Job summary

Himalayan Adhesives Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Executive Construction Chemicals for field-based roles across Indore and other locations. The role focuses on site sampling, product application, testing, reporting, and technical support to project teams and customers.

Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. 1. Site Sampling & Product Application
   • Visit construction sites and projects as per technical requirements.
   • Conduct product sampling, application trials and demonstrations.
   • Perform sampling personally or supervise labour/applicators as required.
   • Ensure correct product application methods are followed.
2. 2. Quality Testing & Technical Reporting
   • Conduct required product tests at scheduled intervals as per company guidelines.
   • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and customers for testing.
   • Record test readings, observations and results.
   • Prepare sampling and testing reports with proper site verification and signatures.
3. 3. Technical Support & Coordination
   • Provide technical assistance to project teams, dealers, contractors and applicators.
   • Coordinate with the Sales Team for sampling and testing requirements.
   • Explain product application methods and technical benefits to customers.
   • Support technical complaint resolution and site inspections.
4. 4. Field Operations
   • Travel regularly to assigned project sites and market locations.
   • Maintain daily visit reports and technical activity records.
   • Complete sampling, testing and reporting within committed timelines.

Qualification & Experience

• Preferred Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Candidates with relevant technical experience in the Cement or Construction Chemicals industry will be given preference.
• Freshers with a strong technical background and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Company will provide necessary product and technical training.
