• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

• Preferred experience in Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel Sales, Direct Sales, and Business Development roles.
• Handle bulk/mass hiring requirements across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, drives, fairs, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring conversion.
• Ensure timely offer rollout, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ATS records accurately.
• Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and recruitment compliance.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring of sales professionals, preferably from the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing high-volume recruitment, sourcing through multiple channels, stakeholder management, and meeting aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
