Hyosung T&D India Pvt Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Statcom Store in Gujarat. The role requires 5–10 years of store experience and involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with safety and warehouse standards.

The position is full-time and based at site in Maharashtra, with responsibilities spanning inventory control, stock audits, and coordination with procurement and logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 10 Years.
• Qualification: Any Graduate with minimum 5-year experience in store activity.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, equipment, and supplies and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Inspect received items for quantity, quality, and any visible damage.
• Store materials safely and systematically according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in manual registers or inventory management systems.
• Issue materials to departments or personnel based on approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock or overstock situations.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Label, identify, and organize materials for easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for materials, including hazardous or temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and organization of the store area.
• Follow FIFO or other approved inventory control methods where applicable.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinate deliveries to internal departments or external locations.
• Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
• Report damaged, expired, obsolete, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.
• Operate material handling equipment safely if authorized and trained.
• Assist with inventory audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments regarding material availability.
• Ensure all documentation related to inventory movements are accurate and complete.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and store efficiency.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements at all times.
• Protect company assets by maintaining proper security and control of stored materials.
• Assist in unloading and loading materials when required.
• Perform other store and inventory-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory status and material movements.
