Job summary

Stanley Lifestyles in Bengaluru (Jigani) invites an experienced Stores professional to manage inventory, GRN, stock levels and material movement in a busy factory environment.

You will coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold FIFO/FEFO practices while maintaining ERP records.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in stores (factory) and warehouse operations.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and inventory control processes.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management across raw materials with accurate ERP records.
• Receive, verify, and issue materials with proper documentation.
• Maintain GRN, stock registers and material issue slips.
• Conduct daily/weekly stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts for material flow.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and proper labeling and storage.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1 Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials in the inventory system.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials for production.
• Follow FIFO / FEFO inventory practices.

2 Material Receiving

• Receive raw materials from suppliers as per Purchase Order (PO).
• Verify quantity, quality, and documentation during receipt.
• Coordinate with QC/QA for inspection and approval of materials.

3 Material Issuance

• Issue raw materials to the production department as per approved requisition.
• Ensure proper documentation for material movement.

4 Stock Monitoring

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
• Investigate and report any discrepancies in inventory.

5 Documentation & Records

• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock registers.
• Update ERP or inventory management system regularly.

6 Warehouse Management

• Ensure proper storage and identification of raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the stores area.

7 Coordination

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.

8 Compliance & Safety

• Follow company policies related to material handling and safety.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage standards.

Requirements:

• 10 + years of experience in Stores( Factory )
• Any Graduate with well Knowledge of SAP
